No, all's cool here. I use it frequently.
Feature: yes, that Presonus incorporate this into the Studio One 3.0 (and give you the appropriate royalty of course!)
Thanks again for your amazing work!

I'm waiting for XLN's Addictive Drums 2 due out next week. It beats EZ Drummer hands down (IMHO).

I quite like the proposed name 'Studio Wig'.

I just managed to log on to the CW forum. In a thread there CW confirm problems with their DNS. It seems to have taken hours for the 'correction' to propagate around the world.

Really odd. If I type in
http://www.cakewalk.com/
I still get the domain parked site.
"Network Solutions
Backorder Domain
Renew Now"

- All Google listings for anything Cakewalk take me to the same place also. I can't even find a back door to the right place.
- It's the same on my laptop as on my desktop, so it's not the computer that's at fault,
- If I use Chrome it's weirder: any searches lead to a blank white screen.

I've never had this kind of weirdness before.
I'm in the UK so maybe it's a tinterweb thing.

Odd. Even if I Google for a new link, clear my cache etc. I still get nothing.

Anyone able to log on to Cakewalk? I just get a parked domain page. Have they not renewed it???

Disregard my earlier post re. a glitch. I've done a second test and now for some reason both work perfectly - everything is stored and reloads ok. I can only think it was to do with the fact I applied the new patch 2.6.2 and went straight on to load and test the Selector plugin, when perhaps S1 needed to be closed and reloaded first.

Anyway, many thanks again and congratulations to user Seccione for devising and sharing such an amazing piece of work!

64. Thanks!

Wow, many thanks for this!
Last year a user here called Soundwerx also posted a nice tool for bridging this chasm in Studio One's functionality, but this one is nicely configured GUI-wise; I especially like the ability to dial.

Many of us have been screaming for this since day one. Presonus don't seem to listen. Now they've gone down the route of the App Store surely something like this should be one of the first things on sale there?. Have they made you an offer you can't refuse yet?

I use Sonar if I have a project involving MIDI and therefore my Roland Fantom X6 and BOSS drum machines. I use S1 for all-audio projects usually. The lack of a simple patch audition/selection facility for external MIDI sound modules is the reason.

Well done and thanks again!

Problem Report:
When I save the song and reopen it later, Selector's fields are all blank and I have to re-load everything including the patch file from Sonar.

I think it looks very pretty.
I don't make beep-bip-beep music though. Is it supposed to be also used by recording studios for recording live musicians? Eighteen minutes and I didn't learn much at all about the product.
Studio One General Discussion » Online seminars unwatchable and therefore a waste of time for all concerned » Go to message
I get emails inviting me to what always looks like a very useful live web thingy workshop.
I tune in only to find that the resolution is totally crap and literally unwatchable. The last two have contained opening apologies about the quality, well it's not good enough guys, sorry. I don't mean to be rude, I just want to say please don't waste your time on putting these together and delivering them because there is honestly no point - they are worse than useless as I need to be able to see the screen in some sort of HD or the commentary is meaningless.
