Can someone move it into the correct forum for me please?

Seriously, this one question, is it possible?
Studio One Forum Community Support » Automation event affect on play before playback point? » Go to message
If I have a bunch of automation, and I press play at any point in the track, on Sonar, it smart retrospectively adjusts the parameters based up the previous automation point, however far before the playback point it was. On S1, say I reset all my parameters before the start of the song, as long as I play from the very start, my automation will sound fine, but if I start between the reset points and where I press play, the parameters will play however they were set when I last hit stop. Can S1 smart-style adjust any automation points to the previous known automation point upon pressing play?

It seems like it could be an extremely useful function to include, sound-on-sound recording. It's just annoying that it isn't an option in there somewhere and I have to record between two different tracks to accomplish this.

It was needing the 'record' button turned on that solved everything, works perfect now!

I am trying to send the output of EzPlayer into the input of Battery. It works in Sonar and Reaper, but I am trying to figure out how to get EzPlayer to interface with Battery. I have read this topic: http://forumsarchive.presonus.com/posts/list/9291.page#61090 but ezplayer still doesn't appear to be routing into battery correctly. Any suggestions as to how I can get the outputs working correctly?
Digital Audio Recording » Hear previous takes/layers whilst recording to same track in S1? » Go to message
I'm used to Sonar and I love the way I can record a take to a track, and re-record over the same track to a seperate take/layer whilst hearing the previous one/ones in the same track. Can this be accomplished in S1?
Studio One Free » Trigger midi loops with keyboard? » Go to message
Thanks for your help, I'd like to know if theres anything like this in the full version so I can purchase it. However, I can't post on the full forums to find out!
Studio One Free » Trigger midi loops with keyboard? » Go to message
I'd like to be able to trigger loops of midi, and feed those into, say, NI Battery, and I have been able to do this with Sonar's Matrix mode, however I am not aware of a function or vst that is available in S1 that can do this. I just want to be able to assign a midi loop to an external keyboard note and upon pressing it, the midi loop plays in it's entirety, and feeds into a drum machine vst. How can this be done?

So, does anyone have any ideas is this is possible or if it will be rolled in at a future date?

Whoops wrong forum, thanks, I will do!

Is this going to be added to a future version? Every DAW I've ever used can handle this function, I can't possibly see why it isn't an option in S1? It's just too much of a workflow killer to add a second track to record to, then drag from that track to the old one, just to be able to audition the previous take as you record the new one.

Sorry, I mean more like auditioning the previous recording rather than the track being muted when it is being recorded to. I can't see any sensible reason why I wouldn't be able to hear previous takes and layers whilst I am recording a new take or layer to the same track.

Not sure the technical term for this, believe it is 'Sound-on-Sound' but it's the standard in most modern DAW's and takes us back to the stone-age of tape-based recording without it, how can I (without having to duplicate said track and manually drag and comp each take to the other track) record new takes/layers to a track, and still listen to the previous recording at the same time? I'll take anything you got, anything but this double track comping business.
