I frequently had the same problem (win7). Just one way to make it go away - uninstall the unwanted plugin in the windows system menu. After that - all clear!

Yep, I use editor too, takes way longer than it used to.

I first thought studio one had crashed. how can we let the bakers know? this needs a quick fix.

read an interview last week with the makers (ze germans). wasnt too old, maybe 2 months. they said they were miles away from a new update.

magma - latest vst version

those crashes are random, but exclusively when using magma on my system.

Magma is fun and fast.. ..but sometimes crashes studio one completely. Really random crashes, too

Edit: i bought this, i am not talking about the illegal crack (which supposedly is a crashing mess).

had the same experience. i came from sonar. bought studio one. never looked back. a year after or so i went back to sonar for a day to see if i am missing out on something.

30 mins, then i decided to never open up sonar again.

That sounds right btw makes sense. But how did you fix this exactly? Delete all data before installing? Are the paths in 1.7 changed?

Is the problem the same when you use the "transform to audio" function? Or must it be "bounce selection"?

Jepp, they give the same result

Ps: in dcam settings it says: playback 1x oversampling, bounced: 8x oversampling.
