Here we go.

When I first heard the track I was inspired to contribute in some way. I liked all the material provided and a few simple mutes and arrangement cuts added a lot of movement. Eventually when I had everything placed and mixed I decided I had to get in there and embellish, the track just inspired me to create. I hear so much more in my head but I didn't want to go to far of the path and I'd rather collaborate with Crow (vs. style) and someone with turntables that could give me what I need.

The original material and direction of the track are definitely a good foundation to really take it to the next level without the need for a total reproduction. The vocals could fit many different track styles also, they really shine on every level. Props to Crow for the skills.

There are things in the mix I am not completely satisfied with but its at the point where I'd let it sit for awhile and return to it with fresh ears. I did give it my all mixing wise, mistakes are present and there are changes I'd like to make but decided to move forward. I also attempted post mastering that I have no real experience in let alone the ears and monitoring for but I felt the track deserved at least an attempt and I hope that I didn't destroy it. I'll keep the things I am not satisfied with until later after I hopefully hear some tough criticism so I can possibly verify my thoughts.

For all I know my mix blows and I smashed it to hell, but it sure does sound good in my car cruisin' round town.

Thanks for the opportunity.
