I ran out of popcorn, but enjoyed watching so far all the same.

You know, people are actually selling videos showing these things - and rightfully so - but you have my special respect and appreciation for doing this for free.

Oh, and the same applies of course to the other good "tutorial guys" here as well!

Awesome. Glad they were entertaining! Maybe someday I'll hook up like Bill did and make a few bucks. But, for now, I just really enjoy sharing stuff like this. I know I don't follow the usual rules of recording but maybe by listening to my final products, we all see there's more than one way to skin a cat........ aww, I love cats though...lol but you get my meaning.

Thanx again. Part 3 is uploading now!!!!

Nice vid!

I still think you're tracking too hot though but as long as it sounds good it sounds good.

J,

That was great, coffee and recording videos in the morning, what more can I ask for. You did a fantastic job all around, visually and verbally, great explanations about everything. I thought invasion of the body snatchers was about to happen, when you talked about "Life Suckers", that was funny

Thanks again,

LOL!!! Yeah, well that's what they feel like. They are so darn tight around your head and you can feel the suction of the phones around your ears. The sound quality is pretty average but for tracking and bleed issues, they are the best for the money.

More......more...more.....really fantastic to share with us your workflow. I was actually jamming along some doublestop runs on the Tele as you tracked the acoustic

Thanks so much

Oooo, hey, you know what? We can make that another chapter. Preparing a song to send to another S1 user, get the new tracks back from said person, and importing them into the song and mixing.

You up for that Bo?

Thanks for the videos!! This will going to be the best daily soap ever
Would also be nice to have some pics of your setup in the studio pics thread: http://forumsarchive.presonus.com/posts/list/4683.page

I added the post master limiter to my song template that I'm using for new songs, so I have it always right in place.

Sure, however.....HOWEVER bear in mind I'm no session musician, I might end up mucking up your song! I do have a dropbox account though...

Do it with multiple musicians. An "internet band" if you will. I'd certainly be willing to make the next installment.
