Producer to Professional Upgrade: Guitar Center gave no product key. HELP

So, today I wen tto guitar center, and I bought a copy of studio one Producer to Professional. They gave me a receipt that has a license number, not a 'product key'. The license number is too large to fit into the Studio One registration 'area', and I called back guitar center, and they said I would have to talk with Presonus. Tech support is closed today, so I was wondering if anyone could help out?

Start a ticket. They'll help you as soon as they can. Did you get a box?
