I'm really used to editing using keyboard shortcuts in PT, and I am very quick with it. However, I've sold PT and moved on to greener pastures.

I'd like to know how to achieve common tasks similar to the following:
Nudge selection by grid amount (nudge forward does this dynamically, I want to move it by a set amount)
Nudge selection to next grid line
Nudge selection to previous grid line
Nudge selection by timecode
Nudge selection by amount
Change grid size
Change grid type
Trim region start to next transient
Trim region start to previous transient
Trim region end to next transient
Trim region end to previous transient
Trim region start to playhead
Trim region end to playhead
Stretch region start to next transient
Stretch region start to previous transient
Stretch region end to next transient
Stretch region end to previous transient
Stretch region start to playhead
Stretch region end to playhead
Nudge region(s) to marker
Various similar tools for selecting ranges
Move playback cursor to next grid line
Adjust transient detection for 'focus next'
Center to playback cursor
Play using pre-roll
Play using post-roll
Fade region start to cursor
Fade region end to cursor

I'm aware of the 'focus next' command, but it does not navigate correctly to the first transient. It also acts strangely at the end of a clip. It also appears that I need to analyze every track for it to work even close to as good as it does in PT, DP or Logic. If I don't analyze the clip, then it often moves to the loudest instance of a sound rather than the beginning of the sound.

The nudge commands also appear to only work relative to the start position of the clip. I can't find any way to quickly nudge a clip to a grid line, the playback cursor, a selection beginning or end, a marker or any other event.

I'd be interested in any similar things that allow me to do these functions.

I've found similar facilities in Reaper, DP and Logic. It seems to me that S1 is extremely lacking in this area, but I would like to be proved incorrect.

I also can not figure out what the Nudge Up and Nudge Down commands do.

The 'Forward' command under Transport is bound to the 'forward' key. What is that?

I also can't seem to work out what the Navigation section of commands do. It seems that they work in the console, but quite a lot of them do not seem to do anything.

There is a setting in preferences that will let you change key commands to pt key commands. Im not in front of my daw right now, but will dig around when i am. Post back here if you find it on your own.

Thank you, but I saw that option. From what I can tell, Studio One doesn't even have commands similar to these available. I am hoping that I'm missing something though.

The PT mappings supplied are also very incomplete, and quite a few are incorrect. Not a big deal if I could find what I want to make my own mappings.
