Heaven bell (beam me up) - teaser track

https://soundcloud.com/spectrumid/heaven-bell-beam-me-up
https://soundcloud.com/spectrumid/heaven-bell-beam-me-up-more-dynamics

Would like to hear peoples comments:

Which one sounds better the normal or the more
dynamics one?

Made using fire studio mobile.

I like this.
The 1st one is best.
The "More Dynamics" is too quiet.

I'm not in the camp of using max compression to get sky-high volumes but I'm some where in the middle... believing that a moderate amount of compression is good.

Glad to hear you liked it.

Indeed processing can eat a lot of the original tone and dynamics of the input signals & sources.

I like the first one better. The "more dynamics" one seems like it lacks oomph

I prefer the first mix, the second sounds overly compressed to me, but that's just my opinion.

Thanks for listening and commenting.

Indeed the other one has more dynamics , original tone and characteristics as well more focused separation of tone between
the more transparent sound sources and the artificial processed ones.
