newbie dumb question #3! Will presonus replace my lost studio one and content disk(s)?

the ones that came with the new 22vsl I bought? I finally got around to hooking it up to my laptop today, but can only find one disk (black one that has the audiobox drivers on it). I can't remember if it came with other disks, but the website shows they ship with them.

I'll keep looking in the morning, but wondered if anyone had this happen? Can I just download the software and content for free (I registered the unit)? I already have studio one free loaded on my laptop and have been messing around with that occasionally.

You can download the content if you registered Studio One.

Hi,

I see you logged your support ticket about an hour ago.

You will need to provide us with a copy of your purchase receipt for the 22VSL and we will then be able to issue you a studio one 2 artist key. If you don't have your receipt and you bought it from Guitar Center, they have 5 year receipt retention, go and get a copy of your receipt and send us a copy so we can help you out.

Thanx Alex. I'm going to go thru everything in my house/studio first and make sure I didn't just missplace it! Then I'll dig up my receipt. I know I have my electronic receipt, bought it from musiciansfriend.com in Jan of this year. This will teach me to procrastic installing all the software when I first get it!!
