After using a Firepod years ago, I decided to try out the Audiobox. I am trying to record with an SM57. I can hear the output through the headphones, but I do not see any signal level indication on either Ableton live or Studio One. No sound gets recorded. I have tried re-installing the drivers, adjusting device settings on my computer and through the software, and various I/O configs. The red clip light will light up on the Audiobox, but I see no indication that anything is being captured in either DAW. I do not currently have monitor speakers, I had planned on starting out with just the headphones. Is this the issue? Please help!

Sounds like something is not setup properly in your DAW. This might help:

If you're still having problems I suggest you register your Presonus hardware and software and open a tech support ticket.
