Hey folks, I wanted to tell you that the Miroslav VST is on sale now for $29.99. That's $120 off retail price.

I love Miroslav. I bought it at $80 and thought that was great deal!

but... although i bitched at IK politely... it works fine under jBridge v1.65. so does Sample Tank 2.5 XL and actually it is $26.99... they give you an automatic $3 coupon in cart.

but i agree... that Miro is worth 4x that cost!

well i ain't in the $149 price range unless i save so no... i did not have it and have wanted it. anything decent quality on sale for the $50 mark or below is right up my alley... well at least once or twice a month. FYI... those recorded samples of the Miroslav were over $4000 i read somewhere when they first came out... not IK's plug... but the original samples which have since been remastered.

No, I don't "own" a single one of them.... I don't even use Sampltank 2.5 FREE nor the Amplitube lite (even with ALL the free amps from their service center). They just hold a space in my burgeoning VST folder along with the 1000 some odd other plugins I may never use(which may include Guitar Rig since I found Peavey Revalver III.V).

No SampleTank necessary,; it has its own interface. However, you will need a bridge if you want to run it in a 64 bit DAW.

...AND, the future x64 version you buy, will come with a ton of FREE demo material, LOADS of presets you can try with the AMAZING demo modules. And if that isn't enough for you. Your VST folder will be populated with MORE FREE demo versions of the VST's you haven't purchased yet. Free of charge, no questions asked!

And the best part is: You can purchase everything through the Custom Shi... euh Shop, right from your DAW.
You can even earn and use JAM POINTS.

The more you buy, the more you own, the more you earn, the more you get.

Isn't that just FAN-TAS-TIC!?

yeah i was wondering why when i updated the custom shop... i got a shyte load of unwanted demos piled into my vst folder. not very good business sense in my book. i am gonna delete them all... and if it screws up the 'tracks' CS portion... i will just uninstall it. tracks cs is separate from the amp3 cs. i like the sounds of IK stuff... but them italians ain't got much sense if you ask me. very poor business models... IMO i might as well just uninstall the tracks cs.... i don't need it and i don't own anything. i used to have it for the free meter and eq...

IK is a frustrating situation. I have many plugs that I really like by them, most of them were a sale (I know, shocker right?? ) but their marketing techniques are spammy to the max.

I saw that they are FINALLY coming out with sampletank 3 soon. I don't know if I have interest or not.

HI, Thank you for you're email we will be happy to help you with this.

There will be a 64 bit version of this until Sampletank 3 comes this summer. This will play all your current IK sounds.

You can use the jbridge app to make it now in 64 bit for now.

Also can you give me your reciept so we can check on the jampoints.

i think they meant there WOULD NOT be a 64 bit version because of ST3 coming out... but you can bet your bottom dollar they will want more money for the upgrade. it seems everyone wants to squeeze their current customer base nowadays... for that almighty dollar! fork em

the reason i think they meant NO is because they offer jBridge as a solution... gits! foreigners... you gotta love 'em.... NOT! lol

p.s. they prob say the same about us "Rebels and Yankees" lol
