Has anyone used this pole at any outdoor shows? I got them and attached them to the subs and put the SL315AI on top of the pole and it didn't seem very stable. I'm worried that if a gust of wind hits them the mounting bracket on the sub will just break or rip out of the sub. Does anybody have any experience with them?

Presonus makes them. They screw into the top of each sub and then can accept any of the 3 AI speakers

Is it an issue of the subs not being level outside or something to do with the elements (wind, etc.)?

I need to read better. I see it's the wind that worries you. They claim the poles are "pull tested". Not sure exactly what that means but I'd assume they're ok in the wind to a certain degree. I mean, a tornado is obviously bad.

Let me ask around and see what I find...
