We need another thread for all the addicts. The IK plug ins, and the Magnetics bundle have been some of my best purchases.

We have one of these over at kvr, suffice to say, it turns out to be a exercise in futility!

D16 Toraverb http://www.d16.pl/toraverb ... for $49 i could not help myself. i love the 3-band EQ on the early reflection and another 3-band EQ on the late. all that MAY make it a bit heavy on CPU for older machines... but with that kind of control and the simplicity of it ... you can dial in anything.

yeah i love Ignite!

as for Toraverb... this thing is NOT cpu heavy and is an excellent reverb! not to mention the price is impressive compared to the value and quality of the tool. way to go D16

Wasn't the DAW, it was the truck. $535.34 for brakes.

Talked them in to taking $500 even.

i got nectar elements about a month ago for $39 and i LOVE that thing. i am MORE than interested in upgrading in time but as oldblood says ... it's the money.

and sorry oldblood i have been looking for a good reverb cheap for a while. i use IRs to mimic guitar cabs and to add ambiance to a complete work but i don't spend day and night trying to find the right IR for the right situation. although you can adjust them somewhat... they are STILL a fixed verb. i wanted a verb to use all the time and i could dial in the sound in my head. IRs are great for what they are but not the end all verb to me and it is too much trouble for me to go through 1000 IRs to find one.

i was looking real hard at 112db's Redline Reverb... but it is $149 which is a great price for most for what it is... but for a fella on a fixed income... $150 is more like a bundle price for my purse. but Toraverb is very useful and 1/3 of the price of the redline and to my ears... just as damn good.

i had never even heard of D16 but many in the 'electronic' field of music love their stuff. i was exactly like one of the people that reviewed it... i DL'd the demo... played with it less than 15 minutes and bought it. there was not even a question... because i had been searching for something just as this.

and i feel for you shane... got a good friend with a dead truck at the moment

p.s. you can always grab it later.

p.s.s. i take back all my past polish jokes!

I am still tempted by Toraverb for that price, perhaps that is why I have not download the demo because I am afraid I might get to like it to much lol.. I would love to get TSAR-1 Reverb from Softube as a VST, I have the Reason Rack Extension version and I love it, but I cannot justify buying it again as a plug. Anyway I forgive you

As for Nectar 2 is concerned I have it but not had time to use it much since getting the Studio Bundle from iZotope the other day.. From what I have tried I would say Melodyne Editor is far superior on the pitch correction front. However the modules within Nectar seem to be nice and do a great job, with the presets being well thought out and a great starting point. The Plate Verb is especially nice..
