Simply put:

"Transform to audio track" - and the unbelievable way it works. This is what I always, always, always wanted.

I can actually do the following things:

--- u-he Diva in "divine" mode ---

1. Design sounds and tracks with divine quality
2. Play whole song, make final adjustments in lower quality
3. Render to audio track with divine quality again
4. No - NO (!!!) - CPU load for the, in my opinion, most accurate synthesizer on the market

Insane. Absolutely insane!

--- Edit audio parts like instrument parts ---

Tried this this morning before I went to work. I love it, and this is really usable to me, since detransformation (back to instrument track) works perfect as well, so using it is actually a no - brainer.

--- Multi - output instruments to audio tracks ---

Yes, this is very, very useful and will improve the workflow for me by 400%.

Wow, what a function. A single function that rocks the entire DAW world.

I have not made up my mind yet.

So far, one of the things I do like about it...... loop record. I can loop record audio, just like midi. Going from one track to the next without having to stop the transport to arm/disarm audio tracks. Other DAWs do this as well. I think S1's is the best implementation though, so far.

There are still a lot of things I'm not comfortable with, but could learn to live with because of the audio loop record. That's been a big thing for me, for a long time.
