Quick way to select loop area?

What's the shortcut to selecting a loop area? i..e not having to scroll back to the beginning of the song where the left and right loop markers sit by default and dragging them across to where I need them.
Intel Sandy Bridge i7 2600 @ 3.4GHz, 4 cores, 8 threads, 16GB RAM 1TB RAID storage.
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Shift + P = Loop selected event (or selected range)
Shift + L = Zoom to the loop

Hitting 1 on the numpad makes it jump to the start of the Loop.

I think there's an app for that - seriously... in the macro toolbar - See the Exchange area if you're not familiar with the macros.
