Hello everyone,

I just want to say this, feel the need and can't help it (maybe it's the scotch, but anyway).

I've only been using Studio One for about 6-8 months now (have the Producer version).
And, I had been using Audacity and Cubase 5 LE (came with my Digitech RP500).
And it is really amazing how easy Studio One is to use. I just loaded Cubase and tried to do some stuff in it.
Thing is, I hadn't really touched it after getting S1, and now I remember why.
For one reason, and one only, compared to S1 I now find Cubase to be, for lack of a better term, "clunky" to use.

So, to sum it up, Presonus I am a complete Studio One convert.

Thanks for a great program, making music with S1 is so easy and it never stifles the creativity.
I must say I love this piece of software.

HI S1 user,
I've been got some problem with S1 for 1 week. After upgrading to 2.5 in last december, I could work with it but now button Read & Record don't reply anymore. And when I play on my midi keyboard, no sound but I can see entered signal moved. If someone can help me about these bugs. Thanks. Sorry for my everage english. I'm living in France. My system : windows7 64bits, 8 go ram, 3 ghz processor.

I love scotch more than any daw , especially Laphroaig.

That said, i've been using S1 for two months or so, and i'm really satisfied with it. There are some things which are missing or could be improved, but this very young daw, considering that i think Presonus has done amazing job with it.

Well, first of all, I have never had scotch except for butterscotch which I love now you have me wondering

As far as the S1, I guess that it was a "pleasant surprise" as far as DAWS go, they are relatively new to the game and in some aspects are further ahead in the game when it comes to work flow than my Logic (my opinion).

That is why, I want to get S1 Prof soon and just ride the S1 wave as I am sure it will only continue to get better!!!

Shrewd move by Presonus putting the S1 Artist in my Audiobox....I never knew anything about S1 until I got my Audiobox and,,, man.......it did not take 5 min's and I new I was in love!!!!!!!

Happy Camper here
