Hi Presonus Folks
This is just phantastic. I'd like to say: please hurry to get it out !!! But I say: please take enough time to test and get all that stupid bugs out, which the 1.6 version had.

I am with you ! Can't wait. But more Importand for me is to fix the 1.6 Bugs in 1.7 .

Looking forward to this release! Couple of questions:

The 16.0.2 does not have a delay function, will this be added somehow? Not a big deal for me, just curious.

Will you have recommendations for some reference mics? Being inexperienced, I would like to have an idea of what to get.

Thanks guys, I knew buying this mixer would be worth it!

Unfortunately, the 1602 uses a different chipset than the other two mixers. So it doesn't have the full capability of the Room Analysis Wizard, System Delay Wizard or System check. However, since you have a 31 band GEQ on the 1602, you can still use the Smaart Spectograph and RTA on the main outputs.

Ima bout to shed a tear here..... Never thought when I purchased this mixer that it would come to this..... I have been an avid Smaart user going on 3+ years now and this is incredible to see it integrated into the VSL. Awesome!

How about partnering with Waves next? I do like S1 plugins but it will be super hard to beat the waves plugins. They are outstanding!

Great question Kev! I have been hammering the forum about this since before the first release. This is the way I currently use Smaart - on the cue solo bus. A great addition of information at your disposal.

Wow! I just got my hands on the SL 16.4.2 board and I love it. To see all the new features in UC 1.7 is freaking amazing. Keep it up Presonus!
