Thanks, it may be that I'm using a developer beta release of the iOS 4.3 software on the iPad.

Thank you! I'm giggling like a schoolgirl right now. This is unbelievably cool and so are you Presonus design team.

The future is here.

Now I need a wireless headset talkback...

Just finished band practice and jumped on my Mac to download and install the UC and iPad app. Worked great. Here's a quick video of my adventures. No need to remind me not to quit my day job to pursue film making. Just a quick hack job.
Go get 'em.

Excellent work Mr. DeMille. Nicely narrated.

I know I reminded you to backup before you installed. But everything ended well for you. Looks like a fun toy.

Unless I'm mistaken the laptop stand is SKB. Unless he went with a different one it's one I pointed him to several months ago.

Great video.

Remember whenever you pull up any fat channel effect you can swipe left/right to get to other fat channel effects.

Also there is a cool portrait mode that allows you to view the entire channel in a sort of zoomed-in look...

Have fun with it.

I play in a band with Rick at PreSonus and we've been testing the app for a couple of weeks now. One of the funny things is that our sound man is like a rock star now walking around with the iPad! Everyone wants to know what he is doing and they are amazed by it. We also have an iPad e on stage so if he's talking with someone and we need to tweak our aux mix, we don't need to flag him down... it's great.

Yeah, Brad is right.

Our soundman said that he is having chicks flirt with him because of the fact he's walking around with an ipad and mixing the band.

A nice fringe benefit for a soundguy....

Rick thats funny..Ive been doing live sound for a few years, still in my twenties, women i;ve run into while working always seem impressed with mixers and what it is they do, the more knobs, lights the better. But with this Ipad app not only will make my job easier, but make way for a few more contacts on my cell. Hehe.. but seriously I can't wait to get my hands on an iPad now.

16gig is perfect, the app is only 4mb so that leaves you with 99.99% empty space
