I have a problem when I save song to a new folder with the command 'save to new folder' from the file menu and the song uses Sample One or Impact. All the setting (filter, envelopes and so on) in these two plugin are reseted to the default values which means all settings done so far are lost at this point. The controls of the plugins still show the right values but the sound is reseted to the default.
Can anybody confirm this?

Just tried to recreate, but couldn't I've created a song with impact, build a custom set and changed a lot of values. Saved the song, re-opened and saved to new folder. I opened the new song from the new folder and it was the same as when I saved it.

Can confirm there is a problem here.

I made a test project with a REX2 loop loaded into SampleOne. I applied a filter setting, then saved,
THEN RESAVED TO NEW FOLDER. The SampleOne settings were the same, but the sound was reset to default.
StudioOne actually lets you do this Save to new folder 'on the fly' (with sound still playing); the sound changed 'right before my ears'.

There is still a problem with the SampleOne filter. Separate from the fault you have discovered here,it is 'on' even when it appears to be off. To turn it off, you need to hit 'edit all', turn it on, sweep the frequency, then turn it off to hear the sample with the filter off.

I wonder whether these problems share a common cause.
