I'm getting lazy in old fartdom I guess but it would be nice if someone could help.I could go through and input the key strokes one by one if I have to, be nice if some one has done it already,

Thanx in advance,

It's looking like it won't work even programming Key strokes, looking more like a feature request at this point, oh well it was worth a try.

I have a Contour Design for cntrolling keystrokes. I helps my workflow tremendously actually. Nothing complicated about it. Takes up way less space then the keyboard. Between that and faderport and my mouse's two extra buttons I literally don't have to use the keyboard except for typing song names and using the ALT button sometimes for loops. Shuttle Pro sits to the left of my midi controller... faderport and mouse to the right. I can cut up audio, duplicate clips, move clips around and arrange, shift thru instruments, save file, all of that.

Only thing is there's no scrub in S1. So I can't use the jog wheel like I thought I could. So I have it set to zoom in and out. And I have the shuttle set to move up n down thru files in the explorer.

I've got the bottom buttons to set loop points for selected clips and zoom to the loop. Ill post it tomorrow if u want. Paired with Faderport and the two buttons on my mouse its AWESOME. I feel like I'm working with hardware.

I have an MPD, so some of my settings are for note repeat functions. its easy to customize to how you work.

Settings are:

[No note repeat] [move clip left] [move clip right] [note repeat]
[snap] [delete] [metronome] [repeat clip] [quantize]

[delete track] [jog wheel-> zoom] [shuttle->move up and down] [add audio track]

[save] [fit screen to loop size]
[auto scroll] [set loop points]

when setting loop points, i just take the mouse and highlight which blocks i want to loop. then press the buttonto set the points.
