While this group mentality is in full swing, have you considered the possibility that the OP might not be spam?

Poorly thought out yes, but spam really?

I would agree. I wasn't personally offended whatsoever. [He might not even like spam for all we know.]

This has turned into a Mockumentery, I would think that the OP is allowed some leeway here so as to his request I will decline for now but than that could be subject to change.

to other posters, your devious and diabolical plan to lock this thread may soon come about.

In all seriousness, I do hope the OP got some of the desirable attention that was intended for this now errant thread. I think the main problem for others here, was the multiple listing of similar threads that caused them to think this was spamming in motion. Thats when the red flag got thrown out on the field.

Yeah I saw that at the Spam thread, look's like Mono checked him/her out and didn't find anything wrong(Yet). By the way though it is rather humorous and I hope it don't get the OP too flustered, most of us have a sense of humor around here.

Yeah, I agree. I think it was greeted warily because the OP wanted EVERYONE to go to Twitter, and with the multiple threads, it may have just been an accident, not really meant to offend anyone. I just wanted to diffuse the situation w/a little humor about spam. A good sense of humor around here is what makes this a great place to post. I hope it stays that way.

I should add that the poster sent me a nasty PM, and I've told him to send no more PM's. If anyone else gets any of these, please report him.

He's been "discussed". While the post isn't exactly "spam" since he's not advertising anything...it's probably not the most tasteful way to get people to follow your twitter feed. Also, it's not likely the best place to get answers about Studio One.

Welthecaptain would do best to simply post his questions here on the forums and watch the friendly Presonus Forum magic happen. People will help if you don't try and force them to help you. Just ask brothas and sistas...just ask.

Just want to say to the OP, I don't do Twitter, sorry. And I feel the same about Facebook (waste of time, IMHO).

But, if you have any questions concerning S1, well I am willing to help if I can.
I've only been using S1 for about 6-8 months, so don't expect me to know everything.
But, in asking a question, maybe we can both learn something here and there (or at least one of us).
PM me if you want, post here if you don't (I'm flexible that way).

That said, I do have to admit, all the cool SPAM stuff is pretty funny, but the maybe it's just a southern thing?

To report spam feel free to contact any of the moderators or the "Report Spam" topic is in the "How do I" >How do I (you fill in the blank)> "Report SPAM".

This thread is on the radar...and being reviewed at this time.
