You're misunderstanding what the Presonus site is saying. The version shown is NOT what you have installed, it's what is available. See the pic below.

Hey Mike,

I would start again.

Go to the 'Software Registration' page, look for 'My Software' and download the latest version.

If you've done that already, delete that file and just start fresh again.

When you have Studio One open, just drag the update onto the start page.

It should work just like that, and you should see a blue progress bar while it's updating.

If that doesn't work, you may have to contact Support.
