I am not sure ( not on Apple) , but I think you might have to wait for 2.5 release then re-download it from the web site.

The macro toolbar only works under 32-bit OS on Mac, for now. I am sure they are working on a fix for this, so stay tuned for updates. (I'm kind of hoping It will be in the 2.5 release that is supposed to be coming out in the fairly near future.)

Edited for typo.

It is not possible to download because it is not hyperlinked at http://studioone.presonus.com/exchange/

It is not possible to install from within Studio One as it says invalid file (see attached file).

Any solution available?

What version of Studio One do you have and is it Artist, Producer or Pro? I ask because your extention manager window list in that graphic seems to be missing a couple of things that I see in mine. I don't see the Soundset builder in your list either.

Yours only has 4 items while the above has 6...

Unless something is broken, your extention list would suggest (I suppose, dunno) that your version doesn't support the macro toolbar.

Something must be broken I guess. You shoiuld have (I think) both the Soundset Builder & Macro Toolbar in that list as install options.

No clue why not,
