Hey guys,

Just wondering - I arrived home today, fired up the mac and fired up the desk too.
I was promptly informed that there was a firmware update available.

So I went and followed its instructions, and the firmware upgrade screen came up.

Trouble is - I am a little concerned...... the same screen has been up saying "Opening Definition File" for about 35 minutes now.

Am I just being impatient or Is there something not quite right about that. I never had a firmware update take so long.

How long should it take exactly?
Thanks,

Jonny

Actuall after nearly to hours of inactivity, I reckoned that the software had crashed - so I terminated the universal control.

I restarted it and both desk and Mac were fine!

All is good again, but I have no idea what was going on there with that. Weird!

Firmware flashes jam up every now and again. It's a lot mor ecommon on PC than Mac but still happens.

Glad you got yourself sorted.
