Thanks for letting us all know Jonathan. Man, I love the 2 way communication with this company!

This is why I switched from Sonar. This is why I chose S1 over Cubase. You just don't see this kind of company / user interaction on the other forums.

Ok I found out how to get my Tascam 2488 to work with Studio One Pro. First I am using MAudio Uno USB Midi Adapter. I have my VDRums on my 1st Firepod, and my keyboard on my second Firepod. I had to update my uno driver to Windows 7 64bit.
Then I setup my 2488 by selecting new instrument in Studio One Pro. I selected all channels and selected all the Midi Option. Then I went into my 2488 and set it to recieve external timecode. My Computer is the Mater. Then I set up the 2488 to recieve Midi Timecode, and made the 2488 the slave. I have the Frontier Tranxport I use to control the computer which controls the 2488. Make sure you set the counter to 30frames per second on the 2488 and the computer. When you press play on the computer, the 2488 will respond or if you use the frontier transport, and press play on that. The 2488 will respond. I use this same set up on Cubase 5, and it works.

While I'm not Jonathon, I do know they are still testing at the moment.

Don't hold your breath for V2 right now. There are still a few updates yet, as far as I can tell, for the current version.

I feel we won't see any movement on V2 till the middle of next year sometime at the earliest. V1 is still only a bit over 1 year old so we got lots of time I think.

So as I understand it, REX file support is only in the 64 bit version of Studio One? The non-64 bit will not support REX files?
