So the date says you bought it January 19th 2012 (10 days ago). Are you suggesting you bought it way before that? We all know you have Studio One Pro (cracked version) installed on your computer. You've said as much in other threads.

I'm not suggesting anything. You're the one making assumptions here. Also, can you prove I have a S1 Pro cracked installation on my pc? You've said I was a troll before, so my statements are only valid when you're trying to point fingers at me?

You know as well as we do, you bought Artist 10 days ago (so you'd be legal). Don't even try to say the Date on the site is being displayed wrong. You got caught in a lie so fess up.

And that makes my software a cracked software? No. Wrong date or right date, my version is original. Deal with it.

And my post you quoted was directed to you? I don't think so.

I'll grow a pair. Don't try to cast shadows using someone else's hat.

LMike wrote:I was actually talking aout using FLStudio running as a VI to route incoming midi from a single track back to multiple other tracks in S1. Not sure if it's even possible or not but if you like to give it a try and report back that would be cool.

Thanks. I assume you own FLStudio.

Not quite. I was a FL Studio user (demo) since version 3, when it was called Fruity Loops, before moving to Cubase SX3.

LMike wrote:No midi sends unfortunately.

As a workaround (with 3 tracks) you can try using shared midi clips. Changes you make on any one clip will apply to all. People call them "ghost clips" and similar. If you make a midi clip and duplicate it shared (shift + D I think) they'll be locked together for editing.

Having said the above, I think it may be possible to pull this off with one track if you use a VI that can pass midi along. I haven't actually tried it (I will later) , but if you load an instrument that can pass midi, it may be possible to use it as a tool to feed multiple instruments from one track. It all depends on if the other instruments show up as destinations there.

I'll try it with FLStudio or similar when I get the chance.

FL Studio you create a Layer or use the Fruity Keyboard Controller.

Look at the picture again. I didn't replaced it.

Addictive Drums (1.5.2 or greater), Superior Drummer and BFD 2 allow you to change the key mapping. Without that, S1 would have to convert one note number to another, and that generate conflicts.

19/01/12 is January 19, 2012... 10 days ago... at least on this planet.

Anyway, welcome to the party.

MM/DD/YYYY format.

First thing you do even before Impact:

Disable Autosave. You don't want the click or percussions stopping in the middle of a song cause S1 needs to backup the project.

So, it really seems you feel you're entitled to something that you're not, and the discussion is really just an attempt to justify it. Not a discussion that should be happening here, for sure.

Is a discussion that shouldn't be happening in any other place. But people generally are really sensitive nowdays.

Read the EULA. Is something about it written there? Also, the "dll hack" as it's called doesn't involve changing the program code or anything that goes against the EULA. It's not the same thing as cracking the program.

But again. You must be crazy if you think you can run plugins this way and have the same funcionality as running them in Producer or Pro or even the Demo for that matter.
Studio One FAQ » Studio One Pro locating Melodyne Editor Plug in » Go to message
Mojave wrote:Hi,
I had Melodyne on my computer. Because I did the Studio One Pro, the registration of another edition of Melodyne qualified me for the 2.0 upgrade free on the new serial number that came with Studio one Pro. I did not do the upgrade yet. I want to make sure, will 2.0 editor work without issue within Studio one? Just checking with the users and engineers first. Has the new Melodyne 2.o Editor been tested and used without conflict inside of Studio One by anybody?

Thanks,
Victor

It will.

So apparently that's functionality you (or some) are trying to enable w/o paying for. Seems pretty simple.

AFAIK Celemony and Native Instruments are not property of Presonus. So Komplete Players and Melodyne are 3rd party VST's. Free or not, they are VST plugins.

Paid for what? Artist runs VST plugins already, but not every plugin you put on it.

There's one way, but I can't tell you how. Most people here know what I'm talking about, so I won't even describe what the process is all about, since it'll turn into a huge discussion of whether this is allowed by EULA or not.

Why in the mother lovin hell would you even post this. Weather you meant the .dll hack or and actual cracked version, do you have no common sense at all? Do you like to tease like this?

Good grief

Yeah. Cause no S1 user knows how to use the internet and search things right? You can find about the dll hack in a multitude of places. Out of curiosity, I tried the dll hack, but reinstalled S1 afterwards. You must be crazy if you think you can work with VST's in a efficient way using the dll hack.

Since there's not a single word about it on the EULA, I'm not sure I couldn't post about it. So you want people to use cracked software instead?

Also, if something like not allowing 3rd party VST in artist was so important, why Presonus didn't changed the method for allowing only 3rd party vsts "licensed" for s1 to be detected so the hack wouldn't work?

As for your second statement:

The Alphatrack lack of support really is something... If the Tranzport is supported, why the Alphatrack isn't? Both come from the same manufacturer.
