And im very pleased PreSonus! My problem was the board getting stuck on the "Start up please wait" screen. Well, when i got it back, i plugged it in and it come on beautifully! Im stoked because I get to use it tonight!

ALSO, PreSonus' tech support was very helpful and responded to my emails quickly.

ONE MORE THING, it only took these guys ONE DAY to fix this unit. I got it back within a week! VERY PLEASED!

I've contacted tech support and I have to send it in for repair. Only had about 6 months now and I feel as tho this 1300 dollar mixer SHOULD NOT be doing this. If the exact same thing is happening to other people I feel as if presonus should fix the problem before they lose respect AND customers. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the studiolive when it's working but mannn, now it just feels like money down the drain

I'm really wanting to run this software but apparently I need help! It keeps telling me to insert DVD 1.5.1 /DEMOS AND TUTORIALS?

It's happened before but now it will NOT go past the start up screen. I've heard of other devices doing this. Is it a product malfunction? Do I need to send it in?

Sorry to hear that man! Mine hasn't had anymore problems and works great. as for all your "empty locations", ive heard that can be from updating the firmware, ive heard that if you do a factory reset on your board then all the presets will be back on there! Hope you figure it out, the 16.0.2 really is a great mixer, just takes time and patience. But if your problem is STILL occurring, id send to presonus.

Just came to the studio, flipped on my 16.0.2 and its stuck on the start up screen and says "please wait.." this is the FIRST time ive encountered this. Any solutions?

Actually just figured it out! So cool lol but now, I'm wondering how do I get the freshly tweaked track to stay in the DAW?

This is one feature I've yet to figure out. I can't figure out how to route the tracks ive recorded back to the channels on the mixer to adjust the fat channel settings for that track. Im using Cubase element 6, do I have to create outputs in the vst connections? Also, I'm little lost on the firewire sends situation. would love to be able to use this feature. Any help works guys! Thanks!

Just curious as to how the monitor station connects to a mixer. I'm looking to run multiple sets of monitors and can't find a wiring graph.

I'm having this same problem, it crashes Everytime after the load up is done. Another problem im having is when installing the packets, it says to insert DVD 1.5.1, file: demos and toturials. I'm also running Mac OS X 10.7.4
