I am having this same related problem. I installed the Presonus software, but when I go to Install the Audiobox driver it says that my USB will not recognize it. I have a brand new computer(Dell Inspiron), and the USB ports work when I plug other things in but when I try to plug the interface in it says that it won't recognize it and that I need to plug it in.
