- Toggle Broswer FX Panel with Mixer Panel: Double click on the audio icon to expose the channel and side panel in the mixer and also open/expose the FX panel in the browser.

- Toggle Extended Mixer: In the mixer. Double click in the space between the arrow and the mute/solo buttons to toggle the extended mixer.

- Open Multiple Side Panels For the times when you want to open more than one side panel. If two tracks are selected maybe a CTL+Click on the arrow opens both selected side panels.

- Enable All Outputs: This one is a necessity, to add that item to the menu for turning on all outputs with one click.

- Link Panners in Stereo Groups: Maybe another menu item "Group Selected Stereo" that's only enabled if two channels are selected. When those tracks are grouped their pans are also linked but linked opposite, panning one left sends the other right etc.

- Option To Display Group Numbers: In the mixer when you have multiple groups to have the actual group numbers shown instead of the group icon.

Arrange Tracks and Data to Trash: This would have to persist through song close and re-launch though. Obviously, if you could simply hide arrange tracks it wouldn't be necessary.

Envelopes To Trash: Right click an envelope and send it to the trash, replacing it with a static envelope of the current position. The trash envelopes can be restored / swapped to keep multiple automation takes for a single track. Again, it has to persist through song close / re-launch.

The trash item here would be named "Track 4: Volume". Right clicking it in the trash to "Restore" saves the current envelope as "Track 4: Volume 2" and puts the original envelope back on the track. Having the ability to rename those items in the trash would be cool too I suppose.

Excellent ideas. Small details like this add up to big improvements.

I am a bit less enthusiastic about dragging tracks to the console Trash bin. A track management feature for hiding/showing ,foldering and freezing tracks would be better.

My small request would be adding the db meter to the mixer channels, it's hard to judge on blind is my channel playing on -18 or -10 db.

Humble 'lil one, here - I've just discovered the "trim" control that appears when you select a track/clip (little blue box in the center). A common and useful feature in DAW's - but you can't tell if you've "trimmed" a track without selecting it.

Maybe an indicator in the track header that only lights up if the trim has been moved off zero?

You actually can see it when it's being trimmed down. There is a line and a color shading difference as seen below, even when the clip isn't selected...

Having said that, it doesn't give any visual indication at all when it's gained up so maybe the next inspector will reflect some of that, dunno.

D'oh!! (mmm - donuts...) Didn't catch that - excellent. And yeah, "up" would still be an issue.

Thanks!!
