I could not fnd any information on this on the website, so, I would like to buy a SL24 from a company in the USA, and have it shipped to my APO address in Germany. My question is: What kind of manufacturers warranty will I get (US or German), and what are the conditions for the US warranty, and and for the German one (would it be better to buy it in Germany?)? Is the warranty international?

The warranty is in the owner's manual. http://www.presonus.com/media/manuals/PreSonus_StudioLive24.4.2._Manual_v1.pdf page 162.

I didn't see anything about differences for different countries. Looks like a standard one year. Your individual dealer may have warranty extensions but they are usually different for every dealer. Hope that helps.

you get no warranty if you buy in US then ship to Germany.

Sucks because in Australia the mixers are twice the price hat they are in the states.

if you want warranty you will have to buy in Germany

your only way around would be get someone in the USA to buy it for you, then ship it to you and if anything fails ship it back to them and let them get it sorted .. major pain in the ass and expensive shipping

@Phil

Hey brother, I don't think he will have to worry about that in his case. An APO is military. American soil technically. It won't hurt the warranty. Done it plenty of times without any trouble.

Even if it does I don't think Presonus would deny it considering what they guy does for a living.

@Addl
