I have a track with one long sample.
At a few places I want to add another sample ontop of the first one.
Doing that in Studio One 2 will only play the top sample. The sample beneath is muted while the top one is playing.
How do I combine the two samples together within the track?
...or is this not possible, and I have to create a duplicate track, and place the second sample there, instead of ontop of the first sample?

Thanks!
Ah, so it is a setting and not a menu choise.
Hmm, I'd better create multiple tracks instead. It doesn't feel good to configure my S1 in an unusual way, in case I'll collaborate with other S1 users in the future...

Good Move.. Separate tracks is the way.
Obviously where you put the sample you want to play (the shorter inserted one). You want to slice the other track and mute the event at the place where the smaller track is if you don't want ten nth too play at the same time.
