Firewire output problem

Hi.
I have Presonus 16.4.2AI, installed the lastest firmware and drivers, but I have problem with firewire connection.
Input works fine, I can multitrack record in Studion One 2 Artist or Pro Tools 11, but output doesn't work.
Even when I try to play music without DAW it doesn't work.
In audio options there is level of music while playback, but no sound is heard.
Input output are set right. Presonus Universal Control is also up to date.
Windows 7 64x, Sony Vaio PCG-8111M2 ( with Chipset: (E832) R5U23x/R5U24x ).
How can I fix that?

Just a quick thought - Have you activated the Firewire returns on the mixer channels while playing back as well ?
