hi i just installed studio one 2 and universal control from my product disc on my mac ..but both of them crashing again and again the moment i open any solution plz update asap

Register your hardware/software with the same user login you use for the forum. Go to your user account, and download the current version of UC and S1. Typically the discs that come with the hardware are outdated, and may not be compatible with the newer operating system.

If that does not help, open a tech support ticket to get this straightened out.

Did you do a complete uninstall first? Windows or Mac? What OS version?

i did uninsatall from my mac by dragging it in to trash after that i clean my trash also...
