My window is running Window 7 64 bits.. and yet i have another laptop which itsw successful install the driver because its install by CD
and my laptop just been stoled by someone so i must change to my pc at home.. and i found my ?? is lost so i using downloader on presonus website...

This is the Device Manager thats already told me cant detect the AudioBox USb
And i install the latest driver AudioBox USB
And i kepp uninstall and reinstall like a fool.. but its not work.. Cant Install the Driver... Any Helpsss??
I just spend my half salary to brought this device but keep giving problem. Thanks

I noticed it says "access denied" in the driver failure install. Are you installing with the "Run as Administrator" option and then waiting (as described) for the general drivers to be installed for USB composite before installing the Audiobox driver?
Here ya go. I had the exact same problem. Tech support could not help me. My fix was drastic but it worked.
The problem is with your USB driver. You might be able to go to your PC's manufactures website and find the right chipset and driver update but that was too complicated for me. Do you also seem to have problems getting windows updates to install properly? If so you have deep issues with your PC. My fix may not be for you but it worked:
I did a complete factory restore of my PC. First backed up all my files to an external hard drive and then did a factory rest. BAM!
Audiobox now works, windows updates all install properly and other USB hardware now works properly.
That is what I did. Maybe you are more computer savvy than me and can figure out a less drastic solution. But up until I did the factory resore my audiobox USB as well as my external webcams were all expensive paper weights.
If you find a better way, please let me know and good luck!
