hello all,

I connect my usb audiobox on my computer (windows 7 64 bit core i7 with usb 2.0) and brand me as the driver does not know installed, while the indicator on the sound card works so well connected?

Your SURE about the USB 2.0? If it's 3.0 it won't work...

Hi:

I have a Samsung ATIV Book 2 Laptop with all the system requirements (Windows 8.1 4GB RAM Intel® Celeron® 1007U 1.5 GHz, 2 MB, caché L3), Intel NM70 . I bought the Audiobox USB in Miami.. I'm from Chile.. I have done ALL the steps that all the forum topics have and nothing has worked.

I'm really sad because it cost me a lot to buy this unit. I work in dubbing for Discovery, FOX and other series and i need desperately a solution. I plug the device and it' doesn't recgonize it.

I downloaded the last driver of presonus but nothing worked.

PLease help me
