I purchased a used 24.4.2 and want to upgrade the firmware. I can't download anything with out registering. My S# shows as being registered. Anyone know of a way around this? I cant get a response from the help center

Usually you can just download the latest Universal Control and that will install the latest firmware on your SL I never had to have a unit registered to download the UC...
