Hi I recently went to check for a firmware update on my 32.4.2 ai and I keep getting an "unable to connect the usb stick" message. I've also noticed that my board will not connect to my network through the usb stick. I have to use an ethernet cable from my router to the board to connect. I also tried the reboot as well.

Sorry - should be more clear. How many GB does it store?

Man I'm really sorry, I am not sure. It's the adapter that came with the board. I tried to look around to see, but can't find any info.I attached a pic of the adapter.

But what USB stick are you putting the firmware in to try to upgrade?

That is a USB WIFI transceiver... You'll need a USB stick... those under 16GB are best, and one with 256 megs will work. Format the thumb drive FAT32...

Hi,
Troubleshooting this in the forum is going not going to be viable as it's going to be a drawn out process, that's better served by us helping you in a support ticket. I strongly suggest reviewing this information for you as it's info we give customers such as yourself who ask these questions every day in our support system.
We recommend using a SanDisk USB thumb drive of 16GB or less that is formatted FAT32. Some generic drives may not work, we made the Ai mixers as compatible with Flash Media as possible.
If you are still having trouble, we strongly suggest logging a support ticket so one of the StudioLive support Tech's can get you up and running. You can log a support ticket in your account at http://my.presonus.com and click where it says "+Create Ticket".
