Go to Documents -> Studio One -> Songs and send the whole song folder for the song you do not want to the trash. Then either right-click or CMD-click the song in the recent list and there should be an option to remove it from the list. If not, just try opening the song after you delete it and Studio One will ask if you want to remove it from the list...
