I just received my Presonus AB USB, I need to use it urgently.
When I want to install the device, it says that my device is not recognised.
I've tried different ports but it still doesn't work.
I need urgent help

We'll need a bit more info before we can help you. What computer are you using? What OS? Also are you
plugging in to a USB 2.0 port or a 3.0 port? There are known problems with some 3.0 ports:
