Hello,

I updated my MacBook Pro laptop to Mavericks about a week ago. I updated all software and firmware. I have a 16.4.2. Am I correct in my understanding that OS X does not support routing, say ITunes, from computer to my 16.4.2's 2 Track In as I did with Lion?

It seems to be an issue with some users.
But it works fine on my MacBook Pro and SL24.

Thanks Wally! It's odd. When I configured the speakers on stream two in Audio/Midi setup I could hear the white noise generated through my Rokit monitors when I tested the connection on channels 17 and 18. And Studio One can still use 2 Track In when monitoring. Thanks again.

Look for the threads about Audio MIDI Setup in OSX. You will find some things to try to fix this issue. It was introduced in Mountain Lion and remains in Mavericks. No word from Apple on a fix or even that that acknowledge it.

I worked around it with using the quadraphonic setting in Audio/Midi setup. Thanks again.
