Ok I have searched everywhere and I cant find anything. So I'm trying to send my computer audio through my mixer and out of the amplifier. This has worked before. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, I have no idea why. So I have a Lenovo W530 with an i7 processor. I've got the 16.0.2 board connected to the computer via firewire, The firewire button for all channels is on and the mute is off. the audio device in my setting is selected as presonus firestudio and nothing will come out. Sometimes this works and I have no problem with it and other times like now it doesn't and I don't know what to do to fix it. Im getting no input and no output. all of my mics are working fine but I don't know why this isn't working. IT IS SOOO FRUSTRATING!!! someone please help me

all of my mics are working fine

I assume this means you have input/output from your mics when the firewire buttons are disengaged (working normal).

I'm trying to send my computer audio

From DAW to individual tracks or MP3/Wave to the 2 Track In?
What software are you using?

If you are using StudioOne you have to setup the Audio I/O mapping under Song Audio Preferences. (not sure of exact menu on Windows)
Capture should not require any configuration beyond selecting the fire studio device for audio I/O.
Other MP3/Wave file players should use whatever channels you have set in Windows audio.

Someone using Windows should chime in here...

Sorry I can't be more help
Good Luck

I'm using Studio One I uninstalled it and reinstalled it to see that would fix anything and now it can't even find the audio device.

Can you run the OHCI tool on your system please?

I think there may be a chipset issue. When it can't find the interface in S1, open universal control and:
1. Tell us what driver version is present
2. Hit settings and run the OHCI tool and give us a screenshot or a copy and paste of the output.

Driver Version 3.5.5.10705. I don't know if the picture is what you need. I didn't see OHCI anywhere. The picture was under WDM.

If you're not seeing the OHCI tool then you're not on the latest driver and firmware and that may likely be causing your issue.

Update to the 1.7.2 version and then look for the OHCI Tool if it still persists in giving you problems.

The "up to date" message means that your version of UC and the mixer firmware version match. It doesn't necessarily mean that you're on the most recent version of both. After you install the latest version of UC on your computer (you can download it from your user account on the PreSonus website) UC will ask you to update your mixer too.

IF the mixer is still connected and powered it'll throw that code. Turn off the mixer, remove the old driver and install the new one.

I had to delete UC to download the new version. But know Studio One doesn't recognize an audio device.

Try the OHCI Tool again for me please. Need to see the specs on your firewire bus.

Yup, that's the one.

Your FireWire bus isn't showing up. That's a problem with your computer.

Check device manager and see if you have anything IEEE 1394 listed there. If not you'll need to check with the computer manufacturer for drivers or support.
