I'm sure this has been covered before but, just to make sure it's up to date, what are your favorite free 3rd party plugins? I have no idea where to start. I'm not looking for anything too crazy just the basic EQ, compression, room reverb, and some beat delay. I like to have something visually appealing so I can hear what needs to be done and then see what I am changing. Thanks.

I'm having a hard time finding a beat delay plugin that I like. I've recently moved over to reaper, is there any way to get studio ones beat delay in there?

No. The plugins that come with S1 will not work in ANY other DAW.

Are you aware of any plugins that are similar to the beat delay of s1? I guess I could drag the tracks from reaper into studio one then back into reaper but I'd rather just do things from one daw.

Okay, back to studio one now. I'll be upgrading to producer in the next couple of weeks. I'm just gonna' buy a Waves pack and maybe the Izotope plugin for mastering. I do have to say, though, Reaper is good.
