The first thing I would try is to re-apply the latest firmware on the board. This will rule out a possibly bad load of the firmware. Also, clear out any presets so you are starting clean.

Hi Drummer111. Can you tell us what firmware your board is running? As mentioned before make sure that you have updated the firmware to the latest build. This can be found in your user account. You should also contact tech support and give them as much info regarding this situation i.e. At what point in your show did you experience the distortion? Did you change the sample rate? Does this occur every time the board is in use ect.

Thanks

I believe I am having the same problem on a Studiolive 32AI. I describe it as a phasing/robotic sound. Happens on every channel. Any help???

I actually experienced this on my little 1602 I use for an interface on my home system... just turned it on and off and I was back to normal... but it was the same as described here... a distorted chattering playback of no matter the signal source... internet playback, Video software, studio one etc...
I chalked it up to random loss of sync and a partial reconnection?

We just installed our new 32 and this exact thing has happened to us 5 times in 2 days of testing...cannot figure it out. Have re-loaded the most recent firmware twice now.

I see that there is a post in the knowledge base around this.
