Use S1 Pro on both Mac OS and Windows. On the Windows version the Spectrum Meter shows colors from dark purple to white when using the "waterfall" disply. However, on MacOS version shows it as different shades of purple. Am I missing a setting or something? Anyone seeing this?

Ah, I am glad to read this. I am on OSX and have not been using the spectrograph because the image is so dull, and frankly useless- the spectrogram is great. This coupled with the fact that there are no adjustments for brightness.
I am happy to hear that this is a potential bug on OSX cause I would really love to have it working properly.

Indeed it does, but you need to have a very strong signal to get much of a visualization.
I just realized that you can adjust the 'level range' to increase the visual representation, but I don't understand what this is and how it works. What this the correlation to the dB column on the right side of the screen?
You've got two 'stops' you can set. The bottom one sets the maximum input level for 'still black', the top one sets the minimum input level for 'bright white'.
