Hi,
We discovered today with the release of iOS 7 that the remote app for the Studio Live Gen 1 mixer shows up sideways with landscape view across the portrait view and no access to the portrait view.
We're going to look into this first thing to see about getting it corrected.
Apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
We'll post an update here as soon as we have a solution.

For those following this, NEVER upgrade your iOS version until Presonus says it's approved if you use these devices for work.

Ok. I'll rephrase. Never upgrade your operating system on the day it comes out. Ever. Wait a few weeks to see what shakes out.

I do software development for a living. Finding and fixing the bug(s) shouldn't take long. This may be done already, but I'd say not much longer if not.
However, every app on the Apple App Store must go through Apple's approval process. So this would depend on the current backlog in their approval queue. PreSonus has no control over this aspect of it.

My advice and suggestions should never be considered advice or suggestions. These are mostly insane ramblings of a poor aircraft mechanic who can, strangely enough, still hear.

- We are aware of two issues with this release
- Screen rotation is slowed to about 1 second between rotations. There were changes in iOS 7 which changed the way this works. We will work on improving this, however due to the large number of people that need this, we felt it was acceptable to get customers working.
- Channel Renaming appears to not work. We are looking into a fix for this.
