AudioBox USB Connectivity Issue for recent purchases

PreSonus Audio Electronics received a few complaints of certain AudioBox USB and AudioBox
Studio USB units that would not connect to i-Series processors found in both MAC and PC
computers. These units still function properly with older MAC and PC computers and PreSonus
estimates the failure at about 5-10% of the total units based on current information.

If you feel that your AudioBox USB is experiencing this problem and you are trying to connect to
a i-Series MAC and PC computers, please complete a support ticket at
http://support.presonus.com and your ticket will be escalated immediately. Be sure to include
the serial number of unit in your support ticket. It can be found on the bottom of the unit and will
start with U20DXXXXXX or U2SDXXXXXX.
