Hi I'm from Panama and I'm interested in knowing that preamp and audio interface do you recommend for use with the Neumann TLM 102. I'm a voiceover for a television station and I'm building my home studio. Thank you.

You don't need both a preamp AND interface for voice overs. Depending on your computer, either the Firestudio
Mobile or Audiobox VSL22 will suit your needs well. They both feature Presonus' excellent XMAX preamps
eliminating the need for an an additional external preamp.
