I burned my 15 song master to CD from the Project page. I used burnproof and the temporary image file option. The CD that was created would not play on one of my cd players (it thought it was an empty cd.) When I took this master cd to the duplication lab their duplication machine would not accept it. I ran the cd burn again eliminating the temporary image file option and this time it worked fine.

A related question: Is there any way I can get slower burn speeds than 16?

Thank you for your assistance

Hi, usually its the "Test Write" option that will give you the behavior you experienced. Use Temporary Image File could be referencing a previous burn attempt. I would try deleting the "Cache" folder for that Project and try the burn again if you want to use that option. Otherwise it's not necessary, it just limits burn errors.

As far as the burn speed, I'll have to investigate that.

Thanks Dominic. I'll try deleting the cache. Thanks for checking into the slower burn speed--I look forward to hearing from you.
