Grateful as usual - but just three bug fixes - is that really all there is to 2.5.2?

I was told by the support a few days ago, that some C-state and CPU spike issues are going to be solved . And he told me that he doesn't know when the next update will arrive. So what a suprise.

Same dropouts with disabling bands in Pro EQ as with 2.5.1. I'm back on 2.5.0....

Unfortunetly no. Although the older S1 installs with no warning or anything else, but after install S1 still starts in the newer version. I had to deinstall the 2.5.2 release (your presonal setup keeps the same) and install 2.5.0.

Well good that I didn't close the support ticket.

this must mean a large update (3.0?) is nearly here.
Surely in nearly 6 months there would be more than 3 fixes?

Yes, that seems a bit thin. I don't wish to appear ungrateful though! I assume it must mean that S1 is close to perfect then. Roll on 3.0.

Far be it for me to know that answer, but I'm a bit doubtful. Sonar for example has has all of one update for x2 and it's been out since Sept of 2012 iirc.

Thanks for the update Presonus.

Initial testing appears to indicate that I can now actually record audio without dropouts and error messages. Whoo!

Unless you have installed in somewhere other than the default location, you are completely incorrect. To go back to an earlier version, all you need to do is install it. No delete or uninstall is needed.
