I'm getting the "Failed!" message also. Tried it on both my laptop and desktop, even completely disabled the firewall. I can sign in successfully, but nothing downloads.
I've used Exchange previously, and it just worked. Is this something that fixes itself, that is, is it a server side problem, and has it started working after a while for you guys who had the same issue?
Edit: Oh well, I googled for Presonus Exchange and noticed there is a web interface too , nice. Signed in through there, and it works without a problem. http://exchange.presonus.com/bae/showBazaar.action
